Carrie T. Morton has been an active member of the State Bar of California since 2001 providing legal service in the areas of Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Probate, Tax, Business Planning and Real Estate Transactions. She graduated from the University of Oregon and obtained her law degree from University of San Diego School of Law. She is the managing partner of the firm RMC Morton Law, APC (A Professional Corporation), formerly Rose, Munns & Chin. Ms. Morton is a caring and conscientious attorney and although her legal expertise is highly specialized, she works on a variety of matters to assist with each client’s unique situation.
Matthew M. Nickell

Matthew M. Nickell focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration, and various transactional matters including contract drafting and review, real estate transactions, business formation and planning. He works closely with Carrie to provide individuals, families, fiduciaries, and business owners with practical, thoughtful legal guidance tailored to each client’s unique goals. A San Diego native, Matthew graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder, where he majored in Anthropology, and earned his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with family, playing sports, attending Padres games, and visiting the San Diego Zoo.
